Eligibility

• Experience in trademark and copyright investigations
•  Knowledge of anti-counterfeiting enforcement actions
•  Ability to conduct market surveys, field investigations, and gather evidence
•  Familiarity with enforcement procedures
• Strong reporting 

Responsibilities

• Conducting field and market investigations relating to trademark infringement
• Assisting the legal team during raids, seizures, and enforcement actions
