Eligibility
- Experience in trademark and copyright investigations
- Knowledge of anti-counterfeiting enforcement actions
- Ability to conduct market surveys, field investigations, and gather evidence
- Familiarity with enforcement procedures
- Strong reporting
Responsibilities
- Conducting field and market investigations relating to trademark infringement
- Assisting the legal team during raids, seizures, and enforcement actions
