Main Tasks
The main tasks were writing legal articles and research papers and attending various legal lectures and webinars.
The interns were assigned to conduct broad research on various case laws of the Supreme Court and High Courts and accordingly prepare case briefs for the same. The interns were also asked to attend various legal webinars and lectures for their theoretical advancement in subjects of law along with their practical learning procedures.
This internship gave me an overview of how to draft case briefs and also highlighted the importance of writing research papers.
Work Environment
The work environment at SRG Law Firm was pretty much comfortable and not stressful. As this was an online internship one can work according to their schedule and timings
Good Things
- The main focus was on e-learning, which was excellent. We were given study materials and case materials with each task. Because it was an online internship, one could learn while staying at home.
- The Internship coordinator, SC Advocate Ms. Ekta Aggarwal was extremely helpful and approachable. She took a personal interest in answering each intern’s questions.
Bad Things
Nothing Bad as such about this internship.

My Opinion
- As a second-year law student, you can work as an intern for this law firm. In the second year, a law firm or internship under an advocate is usually preferred. Interning here would be a fantastic opportunity for everyone.
- Advocate Ekta Aggarwal mam, the CEO of this SRG Law firm, is a very friendly coordinator who will make the internship easier and will embark on good experiences for you.
- Working here is stress-free. On the very last day, we had a virtual meeting with her, during which she explained the working of our Legal system in real world and also guided us to have a curiosity to learn new things and gain legal knowledge.
