Work Profile

During my internships under Advocate Pulkit Aggarwal at the Delhi District Courts and the Hon’ble High Court of Delhi, I undertook a wide range of tasks across civil, criminal, arbitration, and intellectual property law. 

My responsibilities included drafting various legal documents such as replies, applications, written statements, affidavits (including affidavits of service), attornment letters, legal notices, sale agreements, General Power of Attorney, trademark objections, and evidentiary memos. 

I was actively involved in preparing case briefs, synopses, and daily cause lists, along with assisting in both physical and online filing of civil cases, including PFRC submissions. I conducted detailed legal research on provisions like Section 34 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, Sections 19, 20, and 23 of the Domestic Violence Act, and key issues in trademark law such as classification, filing objections, and ex parte judgments. 

I also accompanied the advocate to court proceedings, took short passovers, and visited government offices including the DUSIB, Labour Courts, and the Vacation Bench at the High Court. These internships significantly enhanced my drafting skills, procedural understanding, legal research capabilities, and practical knowledge of court operations.

Working Environment and People
