Work Profile/ Main Task

My main task was to assist him in drafting the appeals, PIL, and Petitions and also to assist him with research work for civil as well as criminal matters listed before different courts that includes attending cases in Rajasthan High court, District and Session courts, jodhpur as well as different Tribunals. My other work as an intern is to take note of the case name, date, and time for which he has to present in court and to thoroughly study all the cases assigned to me.  As he is also the panel head of various insurance companies, I get an opportunity to learn and assist him in getting the calculation of compensation under the M.V Act.

Work Environment

The work environment was highly interactive and engaging and friendly.

Good things

There are a lot of good things involved in this internship. Vishal sir is personally available for the interns. He explains everything in detail and it was easy to clear doubts about anything with him. He explains every law provision involved in any case law. His appraisal on good work motivates you to do better and you actually learn things.

Bad things

I didn’t find any bad things in this internship for me.

Stipend (if any)

There is no stipend involved but you will get a certificate of internship. This was a learning internship.
