At the same time, U.S. Personal Injury law firms, especially in California, operate on a settlement-driven, high-revenue model, where trained paralegals play a critical role in case preparation, valuation, and negotiation support. A significant portion of this work is now being handled remotely, including by professionals based outside the United States.

JurisGo is organising a Free Orientation Session to introduce Indian law students and legal professionals to this largely unexplored but rapidly growing career pathway.

This orientation session will focus on:

• Why Indian law graduates often struggle financially in the initial years of practice
• How California Personal Injury litigation actually works behind the scenes
• The role of paralegals in settlement-focused PI practice
• Why U.S. firms are increasingly engaging remote paralegals
• What Indian students need to learn to become eligible for such roles
