Eligibility
Candidates must fulfil the following requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Law (LL.B. or an equivalent full-time degree) from a recognised Indian University/Institute.
- Either 6 years of practice in a court of law as an Advocate, Judicial Service, or in a Central Public Sector Undertaking (CPSU) representing the PSU before courts of law;
- Or 9 years of experience in the next below grade in a CPSU, Government of India, or State Government.
Age Limit
The maximum age limit is 34 years.
