About the Job

Maharashtra Real Estate Regulatory Authority is recruiting Junior Legal Consultants for its offices in Mumbai and Pune.

Number of Posts

A total of 04 vacancies are available, with 02 posts each for the Mumbai and Pune offices.

Eligibility

Candidates must fulfil the following requirements:

• Degree in Law (LL.B.) from a recognised university.
• At least 2 years of experience as a Legal Advisor or 2 years of practice as an Advocate in Government, Semi-Government, Government undertakings, corporations, or a similar position or in a court of law; or
• At least 1 year of work experience at the Maharashtra Real Estate Regulatory Authority after passing the graduation examination.
• Proficiency in computer operations and good drafting skills in legal matters.

Age Limit

The maximum age limit is 38 years.

Remuneration

The selected candidates will receive a remuneration of Rs. 35,000 per month.
