LawMarg is pleased to announce the launch of the Online Certificate Course on Drafting in Arbitration, a 6-week, practice-focused program designed to train participants in the documents that actually drive commercial disputes. This course is conducted in collaboration with Corp Vidhi, Tech Vidhi, Viaan Legal, Vidhitva Law Partners, Sahaj Nyay Law Firm and Actualis Legal Counsel.

This course is built with a clear objective: to help you draft with structure, strategy, and confidence across the full arbitration journey.

From arbitration clauses to Section 9 petitions, from pleadings before the tribunal to Section 34 challenges and enforcement of awards, the curriculum mirrors real-world dispute progression under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.

About the Internship Opportunities for Participants

Participants of this Arbitration Drafting course will be eligible for internship opportunities with any of the five collaborating law firms (Corp Vidhi, Tech Vidhi, Viaan Legal, Vidhitva Law Partners, Sahaj Nyay Law Firm and Actualis Legal Counsel). The screening and selection process will be conducted as per the respective firm’s recruitment procedure.

Internships will be awarded based on performance in the course. Evaluation may include attendance, classroom engagement, assignments, and assessment tests conducted throughout the duration of the course.
