Across 8 sessions and 50 drafts, it covers the entire spectrum of IP practice- from prosecution and commercialisation to disputes and litigation, giving participants the practical drafting foundation.

About the Internship Opportunities for Participants

Participants of this IP Drafting course will be eligible for internship opportunities with the collaborating law firm. The screening and selection process will be conducted as per the respective firm’s recruitment procedure.

Internships will be awarded based on performance in the course. Evaluation may include attendance, classroom engagement, assignments, and assessment tests conducted throughout the duration of the course.

Law students (including LLM students), graduates, faculties, practitioners and any one interested.

Candidates with non-legal background are eligible.
