About the Conference
The national conference on contemporary challenges and global perspectives on corporate law & sustainable development goals seeks to explore the critical role of law in advancing sustainable development in an increasingly complex and interconnected world. As nations continue to work towards achieving the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), legal systems and institutions are expected to play a transformative role in addressing challenges relating to climate change, inequality, environmental degradation, access to justice, public health, responsible governance, and technological advancement.
The conference aims to provide a platform for meaningful discussions on the relationship between sustainable development and legal regulation at national, regional, and international levels. While the SDGs establish a broad global framework for inclusive growth and sustainability, their implementation requires effective legal mechanisms, accountable governance structures, and interdisciplinary collaboration capable of responding to diverse socio-economic realities.
