Kidbea is hiring a Corporate Lawyer to join its legal team in Noida. The role involves advising on corporate and commercial legal matters, managing contracts, ensuring regulatory compliance, and supporting the company’s strategic business initiatives.

Corporate Lawyer
Eligibility
- LL.B. from a recognized university.
- LL.M. will be an added advantage.
- 3–4 years of experience in corporate legal practice, either in-house or with a law firm.
- Strong knowledge of contract law, corporate compliance, labour laws, and commercial transactions.
- Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple legal matters efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements, contracts, and other legal documents.
- Ensure compliance with applicable corporate laws, regulations, and statutory requirements.
- Advise management on business operations, corporate governance, and risk management.
- Handle legal notices, disputes, and coordinate with external legal counsel.
- Manage company registrations, licences, and regulatory filings.
- Assist in employment, vendor, and other commercial legal matters.
- Protect the company’s intellectual property and confidential information.
- Provide legal opinions to support strategic business decisions.
