Regulatory Advisory & Litigation Associate
Eligibility
- 4–5 years of post-qualification experience (PQE).
- Strong experience in regulatory advisory and litigation.
- Excellent contract drafting, review, negotiation, and analytical skills.
- Prior exposure to the FMCG, food & beverages, retail, manufacturing, or consumer products sectors.
- Ability to independently manage assignments and communicate effectively with clients.
- Strong legal research skills and attention to detail.
Responsibilities
- Advise clients on commercial and business law matters.
- Handle legal metrology advisory and litigation.
- Advise on FSSAI and food law compliance and litigation.
- Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts and agreements.
- Conduct legal research and provide strategic legal advice.
- Independently manage client assignments and litigation matters.
