Trans India Law Associates, in association with Legal Formulae, is looking for a Corporate & IPR Advocate with 2+ years of relevant experience to join its team in Hubli, Karnataka. The role involves handling Corporate and IPR matters, trademark-related work, legal drafting, research, client coordination, and management of assigned matters.

Eligibility

• LL.B. qualification.
• 2+ years of relevant experience in Corporate Law and/or IPR.
• Strong drafting and legal research skills.
• Good knowledge of Trademark/IPR procedures.
• Excellent communication and client-handling skills.
• Ability to independently manage assigned matters.
• Proficiency in English, Hindi, and Kannada.

Responsibilities

• Handle Corporate and IPR matters.
• Manage trademark filing, prosecution, and related proceedings.
• Draft and review legal agreements and documents.
• Conduct legal research and provide legal assistance.
• Manage assigned matters and ensure their timely completion.
• Coordinate and communicate with clients.
