About the Job

Fox Mandal & Associates LLP is hiring a Senior Associate for its Corporate Team in Hyderabad. The role is intended for candidates with strong experience in commercial contracts, transactional work, and corporate advisory matters.

Eligibility

Candidates applying for the role should have:

• 4–6 years of post-qualification experience
• Strong experience in commercial contract drafting, review, and negotiation
• Experience handling:
  • Manufacturing contracts
  • BOT contracts
  • Contract manufacturing agreements
  • Metal recovery contracts

Preference will be given to candidates with:

• Exposure to private equity and project finance transactions
• Working knowledge of labour laws
• Familiarity with FEMA and Companies Act compliances
• Understanding of privacy laws
• Experience in corporate secretarial matters
• Exposure to Middle Eastern laws

Responsibilities

• Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial contracts
• Assisting in private equity and project finance transactions
• Advising on corporate compliance matters
• Supporting corporate secretarial and regulatory work
• Handling transactional and advisory assignments within the Corporate Team
