About the Job

Accenture is hiring a Contracting Senior Analyst (CL10) in Bengaluru. The role involves end-to-end delivery of contracting activities, including reviewing and negotiating client-facing and service contracts such as MSAs, CSAs, RFPs, SOWs, NDAs, and proposal responses.

The role requires collaboration with senior business stakeholders, deal teams, solution architects, Finance, HR, external clients, and subcontractors/vendors. The position focuses on supporting Accenture policies and processes, internal policy compliance, risk mitigation, contract execution, and broader contractual and commercial requirements.

Eligibility

• Legal degree with 3–5 years of experience in legal services.
• Working experience in contracting or pre-sales is preferred.
• Basic understanding of contracting principles.
• Experience in contracting across different markets is preferred.
• Ability to consistently learn and upskill with limited external input.
• Ability to think out of the box in a solution-driven manner.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.
• Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with internal and external executives.
• Positive and can-do attitude.
• Strong time management, prioritisation, and organisational skills.
• High level of responsiveness and ability to follow through on commitments.
• Fluent in English and another language, depending on the geography supported.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively as a team player with executives and non-executives.
• Ability to build trust-based relationships by delivering on commitments.

Responsibilities

• Support contracting for different Accenture offerings in designated geographies in an autonomous and end-to-end manner.
• Draft, review, and negotiate sales and contractual documents, including Statements of Work, Subcontract Agreements, Local Country Agreements, Proposals, Change Orders, Teaming Agreements, NDAs, and Software License Agreements on Accenture’s standard terms.
• Create Due Diligence Memos.
• Review new RFPs and associated terms and conditions, standalone agreements, exception tables, and related documents under the supervision of a designated lead or team member.
• Work independently on deals and client accounts while liaising with stakeholders across Accenture.
• Interact with external clients when required.
• Act as Accenture’s custodian with respect to various risks in client contracts.
• Bring issues to Legal Leadership when applicable.
• Help the business develop and implement mitigation strategies to minimise the impact of risks.
• Take judgment-based decisions on risks and mitigations under leadership’s supervision.
• Independently work on smaller engagements and/or work within a team on large engagements or client accounts.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and leadership as part of engagements and/or client accounts.
• Work in a cross-functional model on engagements as needed.
