About the Job

AlphaSense is seeking a Compliance Analyst to join its growing India Compliance Review team. The role involves reviewing expert call transcripts, conducting compliance investigations, identifying potentially sensitive information, and supporting global compliance operations.

The position offers exposure to legal, regulatory, and compliance processes within a fast-paced and technology-driven environment.

About the Role

The Compliance Team at Tegus by AlphaSense ensures that expert calls and research content adhere to the highest legal and regulatory standards. The team plays a critical role in protecting clients from potentially sensitive information while enabling access to valuable market insights.

Responsibilities

• Review expert call transcripts to identify and address material non-public or confidential information
• Conduct due diligence reviews of calls in accordance with internal protocols, applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards
• Document compliance issues and escalate violations of sourcing guidelines when necessary
• Research financial reports, regulatory filings, and public sources to determine whether information is publicly available
• Manage internal and external communications while meeting strict deadlines
• Maintain accurate records and workflow data related to compliance reviews
• Support process improvements and operational efficiency initiatives

Eligibility

Candidates should possess:

• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
• Excellent reading comprehension and proofreading abilities
• Strong research, drafting, and investigative skills
• High attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment

Experience Required

• 1–2 years of experience in research, compliance, legal support, operations, or related roles is preferred but not mandatory
• Relevant experience may include:
  • Paralegal roles
  • Legal Assistant positions
  • Compliance or Research Analyst roles
  • Editorial or BPO specialist positions
  • Similar research-oriented functions
