About the Job

Adv V Anush Raajan is hiring 2 Associates to join their commercial disputes practice. This role is ideal for candidates who are keen to engage in active litigation, including drafting, research, and appearances before arbitration tribunals, courts, and other forums.

Eligibility

• 2–3 years PQE (Post Qualification Experience)
• Strong interest in commercial litigation and dispute resolution
• Excellent drafting and research skills
• Ability to take ownership of matters

Responsibilities

• Draft pleadings, applications, written submissions, and legal documents across forums
• Prepare detailed research notes on complex and evolving areas of commercial law
• Brief senior counsel and manage matter files end-to-end
• Appear before arbitration tribunals, courts, and other forums
• Stay updated with judgments, legislative developments, and procedural changes
