Eligibility
- Fresh law graduates
- Advocates with 1–2 years of litigation experience
Responsibilities
- Work on writ petitions and SLPs
- Handle company petitions and civil matters
- Assist in matrimonial disputes
- Support case preparation, drafting, and court appearances
Areas of Practice
The practice involves matters related to:
- Public Sector Undertakings (NHAI, BSNL, AAI)
- Multinational companies
- Nationalised banks and NBFCs
- Private corporates
Adv Navdeep Jain also serves as Retainer at PrimaTel Fibcom Ltd. and Empanelled Counsel at National Insurance Ltd.
