About the Opportunity

NLU Delhi is inviting applications for the position of Research Associate (Law and Technology) under a project on Artificial Intelligence and the Rule of Law, funded by the N-REG 2025–26 grant.

Eligibility

• MA/MSc/MPhil in Economics, Statistics, Public Policy, Data Science, or AI
• OR
• Ph.D. (including final submission stage) in relevant fields
• Strong skills in empirical analysis, policy review, and research drafting
• Proficiency in English and MS Office

Desirable

• Background in law, public policy, or regulatory studies
• Experience in law & tech areas (privacy, fintech, competition, etc.)
• Knowledge of data visualization and research tools

Responsibilities

• Assist in interdisciplinary research on law and technology
• Conduct empirical and policy-based analysis
• Support data collection, processing, and reporting
• Work closely with the Project Director
