ZEUS Law Associates is a Recruiting Associate in the Corporate Team with 2 years of experience.
Eligibility
- Qualification: LL.B. from a recognized university
- Experience: 2 years
- Experience in handling Corporate Commercial contracts, SHA, SPA & Real Estate Transactional agreements.
- Should have experience in contract drafting and negotiating transactional documents for client.
- The candidate should be well versed with the legal nuances of corporate transactional work including foreign exchange management and company law issues.
- Exceptional contractual drafting skills, client communication and contract negotiation with attention to detail.
- Ability to work cooperatively with team as well as to work autonomously as per requirement of the assignment and meet deadlines.
