About the Job

The firm is inviting applications for the position of Associate in Civil Litigation & Arbitration. The role involves independently managing disputes, handling court appearances, and working on arbitration matters.

Eligibility

• LL.B.
• Enrolled with the Bar Council of India
• 2–3 years of post-qualification experience (PQE) in Civil Litigation & Arbitration

Responsibilities

• Appear before district courts, High Courts, tribunals, and arbitral forums
• Handle end-to-end civil litigation and arbitration matters
• Draft and review pleadings, petitions, affidavits, notices, applications, and arbitration claims/responses
• Conduct legal research and develop case strategies and legal opinions
• Coordinate with clients, external counsel, and regulatory or enforcement authorities
• Manage hearings, filings, procedural compliance, and case progress
• Visit police stations and liaise with law enforcement authorities when required
• Contribute to internal knowledge development and team collaboration
