The National Green Tribunal (NGT) is a specialized judicial body in India established on October 18, 2010, under the National Green Tribunal Act, 2010. It is exclusively dedicated to the effective and expeditious disposal of cases relating to environmental protection, forest conservation, and the enforcement of environmental rights.

About the Job

The National Green Tribunal is recruiting one Legal Researcher for its Western Zone Bench in Pune on a contractual basis.

Eligibility

Candidates must possess:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Law.
  • Knowledge of:
    • Legal Research.
    • Environmental Laws.
    • Court Procedures.

Preference

Preference will be given to candidates who have:

  • A postgraduate degree in Law.
  • Work experience in legal research or legal studies.

Age Limit

The maximum age limit is 30 years.
