About the Job

Kaabil Finance is hiring a Legal Manager to manage its legal operations, with a focus on banking and finance laws, litigation, legal documentation, and stakeholder coordination. The role requires a legal professional capable of handling diverse legal portfolios in a fast-paced corporate environment.

Eligibility

Candidates must possess:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Law (LL.B.) or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of banking and finance laws, including the SARFAESI Act, Negotiable Instruments (NI) Act, and Indian Penal Code (IPC).
• Proven experience as a Legal Manager or in a similar corporate or financial legal role.
• Strong drafting and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal documentation.
• Ability to manage confidential information, work under pressure, and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

The selected candidate will be responsible for:

• Drafting, reviewing, and managing contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
• Handling legal notices, disputes, and related documentation.
• Coordinating with external advocates, consultants, and government authorities.
• Appearing before courts for hearings as required.
• Maintaining legal records and ensuring the confidentiality of legal documents.
