About the Job

Lawmen & White is hiring Associates with 3+ years of post-qualification experience (PQE).

Eligibility

Minimum 3+ years PQE

Candidates must have:

• Strong command over practice and procedure, including filing
• Sound understanding of litigation strategy
• Ability to work across diverse areas of law
• Confidence to express independent views

Preference will be given to candidates with substantial experience in:

• Criminal law
• Commercial litigation
• Arbitration

Delhi-based candidates are preferred; however, applications from across India are welcome.

Responsibilities

• Drafting pleadings and preparation of written submissions and case notes
• Briefing Senior Counsel
• Court appearances
• Independently handling assigned matters
• Managing filing and procedural compliances
