About the Job

This is a full-time on-site role in Bengaluru for an Associate position.

• Lawyers having a minimum 1 to 4 years of PQE for corporate litigation practice located in Bengaluru.
• Should be enrolled with Karnataka State Bar Council.
• Strong Analytical Skills, with the ability to interpret complex information and legal documents
• Excellent Communication skills, both written and oral.
• Should have the ability to speak and read Kannada.
• Should have knowledge of company law and AIF.
• Experience in conducting due diligence, drafting, vetting, and reviewing transaction documents
• Additional qualifications (having CS membership from ICSI) and skills that would be preferred

Responsibilities

The Associate will be responsible for the day-to-day tasks of the firm, specifically handling legal due diligence of clients, ensuring corporate compliance, drafting and reviewing legal documents, negotiating, and counseling clients on corporate legal matters and litigation.
