Eligibility

• LL.B. degree from a recognized university.
• Enrolled with the Bar Council and authorized to practice before courts.
• Minimum 3–4 years of experience in Civil and Criminal Litigation.
• Experience in drafting:
  • Pleadings
  • Legal Notices
  • Complaints
  • Written Statements
  • Bail Applications
  • Petitions
• Experience in legal research.
• Ability to independently handle court appearances, client interactions, and case management.
• Proficiency in MS Office and legal research databases will be preferred.

Responsibilities

• Draft pleadings, notices, complaints, written statements, bail applications, petitions, and other legal documents.
• Conduct legal research in relation to ongoing matters.
• Independently manage court appearances and case-related work.
• Handle client interactions and case management responsibilities.
