About the Job

The Technology Development Board is inviting applications for two Assistant Law Officer positions. The role requires an LL.B. or Integrated LL.B. qualification along with at least five years of field experience, with a focus on Corporate/Company Law.

Eligibility

• LL.B. or Integrated LL.B.
• Minimum 5 years of field experience with a focus on Corporate/Company Law.
• Maximum age limit: 40 years.

Desirable Experience

• Experience in dealing with Company Project Financing.
• Experience in arbitrations and cases relating to NPA and recoveries under general legal guidelines.
