Eligibility

• LL.B. (either five-year integrated course or three-year course) from a reputed university.
• Minimum 2+ years of relevant experience.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Experience in asset recovery, collections, or a similar field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure collection targets assigned based on product asset flag.
• Handle cases filed by the bank and coordinate with advocates by providing required inputs.
• Conduct regular customer visits to negotiate settlements and recover outstanding dues.
• Send settlement proposals to SLC for review and further action.
• Share market updates with SLCs on a daily basis.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of recovery activities and interactions.
• Update relevant judgments and citations as an ongoing activity.
• Ensure timely response to regulatory, ombudsman, CRM, and senior management complaints.
• Follow up on litigation matters in courts and consumer forums for resolution.
• Initiate advocate payments and case allocations as required.
