About the Job

TD SYNNEX is inviting applications for the position of Associate Legal Counsel – Operations. The role focuses on providing administrative and operational support to ensure smooth office functioning while coordinating with internal teams, suppliers, and management.

Responsibilities

• Purchase office supplies, stationery, laptops, and other office requirements.
• Provide administrative assistance to staff and management.
• Work with the HR Manager to organize staff activities.
• Coordinate travel and accommodation arrangements for staff, management, and visitors.
• Coordinate visa and resident card services for expatriates and foreign visitors.
• Liaise with building management to maintain office services and facilities.
• Ensure office infrastructure and facilities are maintained in proper condition.
• Maintain and update contact lists.
• Manage and preserve company stamp and ensure proper documentation processes.
• Supervise hygiene and maintenance services.
• Coordinate repair and maintenance of office equipment.
• Follow up on office administration contracts.
• Assist in administrative support as requested by management.
• Advise management on improvements in office administration where required.
