The role involves working on internal audit assignments, risk assessments, compliance reviews, and advisory engagements for financial services clients.

Eligibility

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree such as CA, CS, LL.B., MBA, or equivalent.
• Prior experience in internal audit, risk management, or compliance within financial services.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for report writing and presentations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work with complex data sets.
• Knowledge of current trends and developments in financial services risk management.
• Familiarity with auditing standards and risk management frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Conduct risk assessments to identify and evaluate risk areas across client functions and processes.
• Perform internal audits by assessing financial and operational controls and compliance with regulations.
• Support regulatory compliance by providing guidance on best practices.
• Assist in audit planning, design audit programs, and execute audit tests.
• Utilize data analytics tools to enhance audit processes and generate insights.
• Prepare audit reports and presentations with actionable recommendations.
• Provide advisory services on risk management strategies and internal controls.
• Collaborate with clients to understand business processes and develop effective risk management solutions.
