VGU Law Students Shine at 2nd Dr. S.S. Tantia Moot Court Competition 2026

Students from the Department of Law at Vivekananda Global University (VGU), Jaipur, have secured major honours at the 2nd Dr. S.S. Tantia Moot Court Competition, 2026. The university’s participants received awards for both memorial drafting and oral advocacy during the competition.
Aisha Dangayach, Kumkum Panchariya and Radha Singh, students of the third semester of the BBA LL.B. programme, won the Best Memorial Award. The team was also awarded a cash prize of ₹5,000 for its performance.

The Best Memorial recognition highlights the students’ work in preparing the written submissions required for a moot court competition. Memorial drafting generally involves legal research, identification of relevant issues, development of arguments and presentation of authorities in a structured written format.
Another recognition for VGU Jaipur came through Divyanshu Sethia, a fifth-semester BBA LL.B. student, who received the Best Speaker Award at the competition.
