About the Job

Pinkerton is hiring a Vendor Compliance Manager to support compliance and governance functions for one of its largest global clients. The role involves drafting and reviewing agreements, monitoring compliance trends, preparing reports, and collaborating with senior management and vendor management teams on regulatory and compliance matters.

Eligibility

• Post Graduate Degree/Diploma in Law (full-time) from an accredited law school
• 2–3 years of experience at a law firm or as in-house counsel (Freshers may also apply)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently in a dynamic environment with strict deadlines
• Strong attention to detail and multitasking ability

Responsibilities

• Draft and review agreements including licensing, vendor, and data protection agreements
• Monitor, analyze, and report compliance trends and gaps
• Prepare MIS reports and compliance analytics for management decision-making
• Collaborate with senior management and vendor management teams on compliance issues
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
• Communicate compliance matters clearly and effectively
• Ensure timely completion of assigned responsibilities
• Travel as required for compliance-related responsibilities
