About the Job
Honeywell is hiring for the position of IP Analyst II, where the selected candidate will support the intellectual property team in protecting and managing the company’s IP assets. The role involves patent-related work, portfolio management, and supporting business units on intellectual property matters.
Eligibility
- 3–6 years of experience in Intellectual Property with focus on patents and trademarks
- Strong knowledge of intellectual property laws and regulations
- Experience in patent searches and prior art analysis
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
- Experience in drafting and negotiating IP-related agreements
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Responsibilities
- Conduct patent searches and analyze prior art to assess patentability
- Draft and file patent applications with relevant patent offices
- Prepare responses to office actions and communicate with patent examiners
- Collaborate with inventors and technical teams for drafting patent specifications
- Manage and maintain the patent portfolio, including deadlines and renewals
- Provide guidance to internal stakeholders on patent-related matters
