TVS SCS is hiring for a Legal Associate (contract basis) for TVS SCS Global Legal team.

Eligibility and Experience

Bachelor’s Degree in law with 1 or 2 years’ experience in contracts, legal opinions, etc. Freshers may also apply

Roles and Responsibilities

Draft and Vet Contracts for various business arrangements in line with legal principles and judicial precedents.
Support in negotiating and finalising Contracts.
Draft/vet commercial contracts/templates for various functions, businesses across the globe.
Assisting in legal research and opinions.
Assisting in Data Privacy Projects.
Assisting in preparing Standard Operating Procedures for various legal services.
