About the Opportunity

AK & Partners is looking to onboard a Trainee Associate for its Disputes / Litigation Practice. This is a training-focused role intended for early-career lawyers who want structured exposure to dispute resolution under senior supervision.

Eligibility

• Law graduates with less than 1 year of experience. Freshers with at least 5 onsite disputes internships eligible
• Strong interest in litigation and This is a mandatory 1-year training position
  Consideration for an Associate role will be only after successful completion of the training period
  Those looking for only HC, SC or arbitration exposure will not be a good fit. Expect trial exposuredisputes
• Immediate joiners or candidates available by 1 March

Responsibilities

• Observing court proceedings and hearings
• Legal research, drafting assistance, and matter preparation
• Exposure to litigation strategy and dispute management
