About the Opportunity
AK & Partners is looking to onboard a Trainee Associate for its Disputes / Litigation Practice. This is a training-focused role intended for early-career lawyers who want structured exposure to dispute resolution under senior supervision.

Eligibility
- Law graduates with less than 1 year of experience. Freshers with at least 5 onsite disputes internships eligible
- Strong interest in litigation and This is a mandatory 1-year training position
Consideration for an Associate role will be only after successful completion of the training period

Responsibilities
- Observing court proceedings and hearings
- Legal research, drafting assistance, and matter preparation
- Exposure to litigation strategy and dispute management
