About the Job
Eaton is inviting applications for the position of Apprentice – Legal 1 for its CLM (Contract Lifecycle Management) project. The role involves assisting with contract validation, data population, and verification of legal and contractual information.
Eligibility
- BA LL.B. graduates
- Passout Year: 2023 / 2024 / 2025
Responsibilities
- Validate existing contracts stored in SharePoint against a manifest file containing multiple data fields such as company details, dates, and signatures
- Accurately populate the manifest file with correct values
- Verify data after contracts are uploaded to DocuSign CLM to ensure accuracy and consistency
