About the Opportunity

Anand and Anand are looking for a skilled Trademark Attorney.

Eligibility

• 3–7 years of experience to join the leading intellectual property law practice.
• The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in trademark prosecution, opposition proceedings, and enforcement across diverse sectors.
• The candidate should have experience and knowledge in managing trademark portfolios for domestic and international clients, conducting searches and clearance opinions, filing applications and responses, and representing clients in prosecution and opposition matters.
• A strong understanding of trademark laws and procedures, excellent drafting and communication skills, and the ability to handle multiple priorities are essential.
