About the Job

Centriik is seeking a highly motivated Trademark Associate with 1–2 years of experience to join our Intellectual Property practice.

The ideal candidate will assist with all aspects of trademark counseling, prosecution, enforcement, and litigation support, both domestically and internationally.

Eligibility

1–2 years of experience to join their Intellectual Property practice.

Responsibilities

• Conduct clearance searches and provide risk assessments on trademark usage.
• Manage global trademark portfolios, including filing, prosecution, and maintenance.
• Draft and respond to Office Actions and oppositions.
• Assist with trademark enforcement matters, including cease and desist letters, domain name disputes, and online takedown strategies.
• Support IP due diligence in corporate transactions.
• Work with foreign associates on international trademark matters.
• Provide strategic counseling to clients regarding brand protection and IP rights.
