Eligibility
- Ability to handle complex patent disputes
- PQE: 2-5+ Years
- Strong understanding of legal principles governing patents
- Excellent research, drafting, and oral advocacy skills
- Ability to handle court appearances and manage multiple cases efficiently
- In-depth understanding of technical documents, and related scientific principles
