The role will primarily involve trademark prosecution and portfolio management, including searches, filings, examination responses, oppositions, and related advisory work.
Eligibility
- 3–5 years of PQE.
- Solid hands-on experience in trademark prosecution.
- Exposure to TMT, commercial transactions, and IP/technology contracts will be an advantage.
Responsibilities
- Handle trademark searches, filings, and prosecution.
- Manage trademark portfolios.
- Prepare and handle examination responses.
- Handle trademark oppositions.
- Provide related advisory support.
- Contribute to client relationships, practice development, and business development activities.
Additional Information
The role will provide opportunities to contribute to client relationships, practice development, and business development, with increasing ownership as the associate progresses within the practice.
