Join their growing Legal team! We’re looking for a Team Lead – Legal (CLM) to manage a team of legal professionals handling contract drafting, review, abstraction, and negotiation. Ideal candidates will have strong leadership skills, contract lifecycle expertise, and experience with CLM tools like Icertis, Docusign, or Ironclad.

Eligibility
- Experience: 5–7 Years
- LLB with 5–7 years of legal experience (2+ years in a leadership role).
- Proficiency in contract types (NDA, MSA, SOW, SaaS, etc).
- Strong drafting, negotiation & communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of legal associates.
- Manage end-to-end CLM processes.
- Ensure compliance, quality, and timely delivery.
- Coordinate with internal & external stakeholders.
- Drive process improvement and risk mitigation.
