Adv Akash Verma is urgently looking to engage one Associate (PQE: 0–2 years) in the litigation chamber.
Eligibility
Preference will be given to: Candidates with prior exposure to indirect tax and banking laws. Those currently residing in Delhi/NCR.
Area of Work
- Drafting: Replies, affidavits, suits, complaints, legal notices, etc.
- Legal Research: Indirect tax, banking laws, commercial/corporate laws.
- Regular court appearances before various courts/tribunals across Delhi/NCR.
