Eligibility
Candidates must possess:
- A Postgraduate degree in Social Work (MSW), Sociology, Psychology, Child Development, or Law, or
- A Bachelor’s degree in any discipline along with a Diploma in Child Rights or Counselling and one year of work experience.
Desirable Qualifications and Experience
Preference will be given to candidates with:
- At least three years of work experience in Child Rights, Child Protection, Legal Work, Social Work, Child Psychology, Counselling, Sociology, or Psychology.
- Work experience with the District Legal Services Authority, Bihar State Legal Services Authority, District Child Protection Unit, Child Welfare Committee, Juvenile Justice Board, POCSO Court, Childline, or Child Helpline Services.

30–65 years.
