The National Social Security and Reform Council, under the Women’s Indian Chamber of Commerce and Industry (WICCI), invites applications for leadership positions. About the Founder: Adv. Vandana Swami is the National President of National Social Security & Reform Council (NSSRC) and also practicing advocate in Supreme Court of India.

Positions and Vacancies

• State President: Responsible for leading state-specific chapters and overseeing regional initiatives.
• Council Member: Responsible for supporting the execution of council projects and research.

Eligibility and Core Competencies

Candidates must demonstrate proficiency or a strong interest in the following areas:

• Legal Research: Ability to conduct in-depth analysis of social security laws and policy frameworks.
• Project Management: Skills in planning, executing, and monitoring long-term council objectives.
• Awareness Activities Coordination: Experience in organizing webinars, workshops, or grassroots outreach programs.
• Digital Content Creation: Proficiency in Canva for the design of professional reports and awareness materials.
• Social Media Management: Ability to manage professional digital platforms to enhance council visibility.

Terms of Engagement

• Duration: A minimum commitment of one year is required.
• Mode: Hybrid (Inclusive of both virtual coordination and physical engagement where applicable).
• Nature: This is a voluntary leadership opportunity within the WICCI framework.
