About the Job

Role: Junior Advocate

The role includes:

• Appearances and assistance before the Bombay High Court, City Civil & Sessions Courts, Lower Courts, and Tribunals
• Drafting pleadings, applications, and written submissions
• Conducting legal research
• Preparing case notes and compilations
• Briefing senior counsel
• Handling day-to-day chamber work including client conferences and matter management

The practice is largely criminal, with exposure to allied civil and writ matters. Prior chamber experience is preferred.

Role: Legal Intern

The role includes:

• Conducting legal research
• Preparing notes and case summaries
• Assisting in drafting
• Compiling briefs and documents
• Attending client conferences
• Supporting court and chamber work

Law students with a keen interest in litigation, particularly criminal law, and availability for an in-office internship are encouraged to apply.
