The assignments may involve matters before various courts and forums, including the Supreme Court, High Courts, NCLAT, NCLT and Sessions Courts. The work may involve complex legal issues under various statutes.

Eligibility

  • Open to 5th-year/final-year law students.
  • Sound knowledge and good exposure to Regulatory Litigation, Patent Litigation and White Collar Crimes.
  • More than 4 internships relating to the above areas of disputes.

Responsibilities

Applicants should have the ability to draft:

  • List of Dates
  • Synopsis
  • Factual Notes
  • Legal Notes

The role will involve detailed and in-depth legal research for litigation assignments that may be back-to-back, timeline-driven and high priority.
