Eligibility

• 1–2 years of hands-on social media/content experience, preferably with a professional services or legal brand.
• Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
• Good understanding of LinkedIn and professional brand communication.
• Ability to create clean, professional graphics and carousels.
• Strong attention to detail and comfort working with an approval process.
• Ability to manage deadlines and work independently.
• Interest in law, IP, or media & entertainment is a plus, but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage A&Y Legal’s LinkedIn content calendar.
• Research and create content on legal updates, judgments, IP, media & entertainment, and industry developments.
• Draft clear and engaging LinkedIn posts, legal explainers, and carousels.
• Create simple, professional graphics using Canva or similar tools.
• Coordinate with the Managing Partner for content review and approvals.
• Schedule and publish approved content consistently.
• Track engagement and share monthly performance insights.
