aab & partners is inviting applications for the position of Legal Associate(s) for its Corporate Law and Intellectual Property Law teams. The role involves legal research, drafting, documentation, client coordination, and assisting senior associates and partners in litigation and non-litigation matters.

Eligibility
- Advocates with a B.Com LL.B. (Hons) / B.A. LL.B. (Hons) degree, specialising in Corporate Law and IPR Law.
- Prior experience in the stated practice areas.
- Legal proficiency in English.
- Conversational proficiency in Gujarati and Hindi.
- Strong legal research and drafting skills.
- Prior experience in drafting legal documents in English, including notices, applications, and agreements, in Corporate Law and/or IPR Law.
- Willingness to travel within Gujarat and pan-India for matters/professional work.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and review legal notices, agreements, applications, replies, and other legal documents.
- Conduct efficient research in Corporate Law and IPR Law.
- Maintain case files, records, and matter-related documentation.
- Coordinate with clients, advocates, and other stakeholders.
- Assist senior associates and partners in litigation and non-litigation matters.
Working Hours
8:30 AM to 8:30 PM, Monday to Saturday
Salary
Salary will be based on the candidate’s qualifications, experience, and performance in the interview.
