Eligibility

• Advocates with a B.Com LL.B. (Hons) / B.A. LL.B. (Hons) degree, specialising in Corporate Law and IPR Law.
• Prior experience in the stated practice areas.
• Legal proficiency in English.
• Conversational proficiency in Gujarati and Hindi.
• Strong legal research and drafting skills.
• Prior experience in drafting legal documents in English, including notices, applications, and agreements, in Corporate Law and/or IPR Law.
• Willingness to travel within Gujarat and pan-India for matters/professional work.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review legal notices, agreements, applications, replies, and other legal documents.
• Conduct efficient research in Corporate Law and IPR Law.
• Maintain case files, records, and matter-related documentation.
• Coordinate with clients, advocates, and other stakeholders.
• Assist senior associates and partners in litigation and non-litigation matters.

Working Hours

8:30 AM to 8:30 PM, Monday to Saturday

Salary

Salary will be based on the candidate’s qualifications, experience, and performance in the interview.
