Piramal Pharma Limited is hiring a Senior Manager – Legal for its Kurla, Mumbai office. The role involves handling commercial contracts, compliance frameworks, litigation management, and providing strategic legal support to business teams. The position requires close collaboration with internal stakeholders such as marketing, supply chain, finance, HR, and external legal teams.

Job Title: Senior Manager – Legal

Eligibility

Experience: 3–6 years of experience in a law firm or 4–7 years of experience as a lawyer in OTC/FMCG/Pharma companies

• LLB from a reputed institute
• Strong presentation and negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-making
• Commercial acumen with the ability to align legal advice with business objectives
• Understanding of FMCG/pharma business practices and legal frameworks
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to simplify legal concepts

Responsibilities

• Review, draft, and negotiate commercial agreements, contracts, and legal documents to protect the company’s interests
• Interpret contractual provisions and advise business teams on rights, obligations, and risk exposure
• Develop and maintain legal and compliance frameworks aligned with applicable laws and internal policies
• Manage litigation and dispute matters, including coordination with external counsel and case strategy development
• Identify legal risks and provide practical mitigation strategies in collaboration with stakeholders
• Provide guidance on business ethics and compliance, including conducting trainings and awareness initiatives
• Identify compliance vulnerabilities and implement corrective and preventive measures
