Responsibilities
The Senior Legal Executive will be responsible for:
- Drafting and negotiating commercial contracts
- Handling corporate agreements and investment documents, including SHA, SSA, STA, etc.
- Conducting legal research and analysis
- Managing corporate and contract law matters
Eligibility
Applicants must meet the following criteria:
- LL.B. graduate
- 3–5 years of experience in a similar legal role
- Strong drafting and communication skills
- Solid understanding of contract and corporate law
